Diamond Mountain Casino in Susanville, CA, underwent a complete remodel to transform it into a modern gaming destination for the local Native American tribe. The project aimed to revitalize the casino environment, enhancing guest experience, operational efficiency, and community pride.

 

The Challenge

Updating an existing casino while remaining operational required phased construction planning, clear communication with tribal leadership, and thoughtful integration of new gaming layouts, lighting, and finishes to create a cohesive modern design without interrupting revenue-generating operations.

Lauren developed comprehensive concept plans and perspective renderings to communicate the remodel vision clearly to stakeholders. His design introduced modern finishes, improved gaming floor circulation, and enhanced lighting design to create an inviting, energetic atmosphere.
